Swastik’s housing work portfolio was built while co-leading the housing team at the Indian Institute for Human Settlements (IIHS), from its inception. He led several research and policy advisory projects on slum development, affordable housing, rental housing and environmental sustainability for diverse clients and donors. Several of these studies included suggestions on institutional development for housing delivery.
