I led, managed and delivered content in programmes for the engineering service corps of the armed forces on sustainable services, smart infrastructure and climate-responsive buildings and housing.
- 290 officers and staff of the military engineering services were trained in five 1- or 2-day programmes
- Database of course reports and feedback on the requirements of the armed forces
Through the programmes, we exposed the military engineering services to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). We were able to respond to the sustainability requirements from a highly diverse range of geo-climatic conditions that the military operates from. By conducting these programmes at the Army Command level , we were able to successfully expand IIHS’s reach to a vast section of the engineering services of the Indian armed forces.
