I co-led the content design and pedagogy for All-India Service officers who came from various sectors and states of India. The programme focused on urban infrastructure, mobility, basic services and housing. Our approach was premised on exposure to best practices and close interactions with sectoral leadership.

- Generated sustainable revenue streams
We were able to prove the impact of the programmes on urban leadership. We developed a network of sectoral leader-pedagogues, and several locations for exposure to management of large programmes and projects. The programmes were able to position IIHS as a credible institute to develop leadership on urbanization in the public sector.
