SHA was commissioned by CSD to develop a long-term strategy for the Green Skills Academy (GSA), a vertical within CSD. The GSA provides ‘green skills’ training and placement, and focuses on entrepreneurship within the green economy.
- SHA conducted research with learner, employer and other institutional cohorts to understand the growth sectors in the green economy, making recommendations to GSA on long-term direction
- SHA conducted an analysis of the capacities of staff and associates of GSA/CSD in order to provide a medium- to long-term staffing plan
- SHA developed a 10-year value-led financial plan for GSA/CSD based on cash flows expected within and between proposed business verticals
