I led and co-led programmes on urban housing, rental housing, land records management in urban areas, and urban governance. The programmes were aimed at IAS officers across all levels of experience. Our content design focused on inclusivity, ease of living, efficiency, and resilience, and the pedagogy used a combination of framing lectures and interactive workshops.
- Several programmes (1-day to 3-day) conducted for hundreds of IAS officers from across the country
- Public sector leadership level content on housing, rental housing and land record management, including best practices and implementation ecosystems
We developed a network of sectoral leader-pedagogues, and several locations for exposure to management of large programmes and projects, through the collaboration with LBSNAA. IIHS gained a substantial position in leadership development in the public sector.
